Appointments & Cancellations: Walk-ins are always welcomed, however, it is recommended that you pre-book your treatment in advance to ensure the desired appointment time & service are available. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations, but 48 hours is greatly appreciated. If you are 5 minutes late modifications may need to be made to your appointment. If you are 10 minutes late we may need to re-schedule your appointment as a “No-Show”. One missed appointment or cancellation without proper notice (24 hours) will require a NON-REFUNDABLE prepayment of $50 for your next appointment.
First Appointment: Please arrive 10 minutes early so there is time to complete the necessary client form on your FIRST scheduled appointment.
Free Parking: Reserved parking stalls for clients are available outside of the front entrance of the spa.
Gratuities & Taxes: Gratuities & taxes are not included in the price of your service. Gratuities may be given to your technician based on appreciation for excellent service.

What is it?
The autoclave is a medical grade device used to sterilize stainless steel instruments and implements by subjecting them to high pressure saturated steam in hospitals, clinics and medical spas.
Why do we use it?
This ensures that we have the highest standard of clean and sterilized instruments and implements to provide clients with the highest quality of infection control that we can offer. This prevents cross contamination between clients, ensuring you the healthiest experience possible! Instruments and implements that cannot be sterilized are thrown away. To be certain that the autoclave is sterilizing effectively, tests are performed weekly with biological indicators and are recorded and filed to guarantee our highest standard to the public.
